Losing wieght is one of the hardest things to do. Most of the time it is just inconvient. Its a change of diet, its excersise, its just plain work. But I think for most people the biggest difficulty to overcome is finding that motivation. Well today im posting my top 5 things that motivate me

Bring on the veggies!
I've never been a fierce carnivore. But ive always said we have the teeth, we are SUPPOSED to eat meat.. So that got me thinking, do i eat meat because i LIKE it? Or do i eat it because I'm supposed to like it. So i think its time for a bit of an experiment. For ONE week Im going to try a vegetarian diet.
