Totally agree minus the fact that I still don't like Dean with Lisa (although at this point, she's the lesser of the two evils for me). The whole "that was the best year of my life" thing was RIDICULOUS after they'd brought up the whole PTSD, drinking problem crap... give me a break. She must have had a pretty awful damn life if that was the best year, and I just don't see that. I think she was just trying to guilt trip Dean into staying which pissed me right off... Dean can't handle being guilt tripped. It fucks him up, and he's already fucked up enough. Of COURSE he has to stay now ( ... )

Oh Lisa's line, of "Other than your excessive drinking and massive PTSD, THIS WAS THE BEST YEAR EVURRRRRR!" totally killed me. I was like, "Really writers? This is what you came up with????"

I much prefer Nick!Luci to Sam!Luci but I'm more than willing to have Sam!Luci if it makes for some plot improvement!!

Yeah, Show left me feeling very cold. I felt a serious disconnect with the characters.

You're not alone BB!!

What's dead is dead except Dean. Oh and Cas! Grandpa and Sam just made me very uncomfortable in a hundred different ways. I guess they are new types of supernatural livings~

Problems with this episode:

1. 4 words: jungle fever porn music;
2. Everything, especially the plot and filming, was very disjointed;
3. Certain actors *ahem* are not the best at their craft, so it is hard to say whether their character is hiding something (only plausible answer) or if the actor is just doing a bad job.

I have decided to approach this season as an outside epilogue to the SPN series; this way, I can either keep the first five seasons as the series as a whole OR I can add in this season as a happy addendum.

If all else fails and Kripke ends up doing Sandman on HBO (ohpleaseohpleaseohplease!!!) perhaps he'll bring JA into the cast? He'd make a great Constantine, as I've said before.

...I'm sorry, my mind just started drooling at the thought of JA on HBO...
