I have too many thoughts running around my head. I seriously need to stop thinking so much. like, tell my brain to take a chill pill.

how does one do this? I used to do yoga regularly, but lately it has become more habit and chore than anything else.

so, some of you may know that our balance used to be in the freezer lab.
