I had an amazing weekend! My very good friend from Smith, L, visited me for the weekend. It was a lovely reunion after a very long year and a half. I was so happy to have her there, have a good friend here.

Seventh Heaven, on the "new CW" is back for its 11th season. I know, this isn't my usual topic of conversation, but Oh My God, what in the world has happened to this show? I reached a point today when I realized that I have been writing wrong. At least for documentary writing and creative nonfiction, and if I wanted to consider it, fiction. Rosh Hashannah is just around the corner! Which means that I, of course, have a slight case of the High Holiday blues. This form of depression manifests itself when I don't have my ideal praying situation.
