The Glee Club sang in Carnegie Hall yesterday. We were there to assist a high school choral workshop, as high school choirs are traditionally weak on male voices, but part of our deal was that we would get our own 20 minute set. I will be in NYC this weekend to sing in Carnegie Hall, and I'll have the better part of two days to explore the city.

Obviously, like any other place I visit, I plan to eat and drink my way across the city. Before leaving I must have a bagel, a hot dog, cannoli, Chinese food, a Reuben... and I plan to find a couple bars and sample the local beer ( Read more... )

Finally, after months of looking, I found travel-sized cans of [my brand of] shaving cream. Now I can go through security without having to check my luggage just so that I can shave.

This is turning into a racket, just like emissions testing on cars.
