I thought it was blatantly obvious. They're deliberately misspelling certain key words so message filters can't catch them. A spam filter set to catch the word "viagra" won't catch "vigaara". One set up to catch "cheapest" (another common word in lots of spam categories) won't catch "chaeepst". And so on.
