OK, in the last picture he's clearly contemplating: 'Is it really worth the effort to throw him out instead of taking what's all ready and available?' Maybe this guy had enthusiasm for two, so Brian figured he could fuck him twice, just as well, hee.

Kip doesn't count. he was before the Rules. Of course the rules were primarily for Justin's sake, nothing ironclad. But Brian had been saying pretty much from the beginning that he does a guy once, that's it. Kip was an aberration...as well as a co-worker. But we see where that got Brian.

The ugly guys aren't fanon. the bulk of them were butt ugly. I can think of a few that did anything for me, but then, I'm not a guy. Still, there was the tattoo baby-talking guy, Hotlanta, the twins, this guy, the moving guy, Shane the doctor, and the Aussie. That's all I can think of. The rest? Yuck. I've been marathoning, up to 208, and that struck me all over again, how unattractive they were. For me, if the face is ugly, I could care less about the body.
Since Brian is usually at Babylon at night, it's safe to say that he dtayed over. And when Lindsay came over, Brian was already up and dressed. The guy was running around naked still. Plus, if the guy wasn't available right then, Brian would have blown him off. This was early S3, and Brian was too deep in his depression to make concessions for a fuck. At least, that's my opinion of it.
