Just a quick note from work.... They'r currently working/training me as a vehicle dispatcher. This is'nt my permenant position and not the only thing I'll be doing, but its required for my position. At the MWR again.., spent most of the day so far with an older, whom as far as I can tell, is a russian. He's a U.S. citizen and has a heavy, heavy accent that sounds very much russian to me, though I've not asked him ( Read more... )

I was'nt able to get on the convoy today, there were simply to many people. I was put on standby and none of the standby people were able to get on. They utterly loaded it with return people from R&R, and just a few of the new guys ( Read more... )

Well.., another day sitting at camp Victory. The convoy finally arrived, but due to a delay it won't leave untill tommorow. We also had alot of 'return' arrivals from R&R that are going back to work. The result is they are taking up a good many of the slots on the convoy that would otherwise be filled by us new guys ( Read more... )

Well looks like I'll be in Camp Victory for another night atleast, a convoy was'nt coming through here today.
