A Journal Post About Food...Porkchops
I have to admit that sometimes I cook a pretty good meal. Tonight was one of them.
Unsure of what to make for dinner, I thought back to a meal I had a while back that was incredibly delicious and included such items as apple porkchops, walnut acorn squash, and a very good riesling. Since it is now fall, I thought this was a fantastic idea.

After a long hiatus from LJ, I have returned to report on my life as it has progressed in the weeks following my then imminent departure from my home.
The last three weeks have been a whirlwind of activity: starting a new job, settling in to my new residence, acclimating to my new surrounding and the change in weather...

Counting Down the Minutes
Well, now I'm really getting down to the wire. Things are going pretty smoothly however, so I'm pretty lucky as far as that's concerned. Mostly, I'm worried about getting everything done for work. There are still some pretty big projects left on my desk. I think I'm going to push one or two off on Sarah, though.

In Need of a Breather....
So, there is quite a lot to do when one moves and this whole week is just brimming with major activity.
Not only do I have a lot of personal things to accomplish, but I have a lot of work items to accomplish as well. I'm just plain full up.
