I can't sleep. I've slept maybe a full two hours last night. My feet have muscle spasms and I keep dreaming about pastrami... And baseball, neither of which I know anything about.
Grrrr my back hurts too. I feel tired but restless.

So, I know I am lucky. I've had my locks for about a year, and have really not experienced much in the way of unhappiness from other people about them. I know they're not my boyfriend's favorite but he has gone out of his way to get used to them, including pointing out people who have dreads on TV and in Movies ( Read more... ) -

I would really appreciate feedback on this
I decided I am quitting my gas station job for being a pain in the ass.
I'm going to work at Halloween Town USA. No joke.
It's a pay raise, so hopefully I'll put a bit of money away before the season is over. -
Some fun things
A man (with really cool nappy dreads) who comes into my place of work (gas station) has taken to calling me "sista locks" and another customer told me how much he loved that I had dreads, since so few people in our town do.
Sometimes, I just love people!
