Yes, but I'm beating the shit out of this one. I was pretty tired at work but I already feel better tonight. Should be mostly over it in a few days. Not at all like the last one, but sad that I got sick twice so quickly.

I am really liking this new year so far. Yay! I went home for a short Christmas holiday. I took the bus to Chicago and I was lucky because my uncle Chuck was on his way with his wife Marie and they picked me up. Since I am home I had to go to the urgent care in town here. I have bronchitis so they gave me some drugs. Happy drugs! I am getting better now.

I'm listening to the radio, and every song during the country/bluegrass hour is about whiskey today. Why? December 5th was the anniversary of the repeal of prohibition.

Ah, back in the day when it took a Constitutional Amendment to pass and enforce prohibition in the first place. Today, we have the completely unconstitutional DEA.

The second Monday of the month, every other month, is the division meeting at work. Just under a thousand people descend on the auditorium and have a meeting. It's more like a presentation series, since any group over about 30 ceases to function as a true meeting.
