Wow.

This past Sunday I got my hair cut really short. I mean really short. It's very exciting and different. I've wanted to do this for years and now it's real. YAY!

I just found out that they postponed the beginning of the school year in universities by one week. Oooof! I'm tired of all these crazy strikes and I'm bored out of my wits. So now I have one more week of vacation. I should be happy to be on vacation but, yalla, enough. Maybe I'll find a good (and easy) way to make money this coming week so that I' ( Read more... )

I came back from the States a couple weeks ago. I had a very nice vacation. We took a two-day trip to Pennsylvania and saw Lancaster and Gettysburg. A different time we went to Philadelphia. My flight to the States (including a connection flight in Amsterdam) is scheduled to leave in six hours. Yipes. The choir competition turned out to be a lot of fun! And I was so happy that MMY won first place, they were amazing. Though I'm kind of biased cuz I spent the whole Shabbat with MMY girls.

My sister Shoshie's engagement party falls on the same night as Kedma's inter-seminary choir competition. Of course I have to miss the party and go to the Kedma thing, and the surprising thing is that I don't really feel bummed out about it.
