Last night I had a panic attck. This time my muscles seemed to freeze up, especially around my arms and it was hard to breathe. I could hardly move. This was the second time I thought an attack was really bad, I havent had many at all. It scared me. Im glad James was there for me, he helped me through it. Nero was missing all day yesterday I was really worried but tonight when I got back he was here. love.

Ive been sleeping a lot lately. Im so sick of myself. I left my cigarettes in Bonds car, the new carton I bought so Im left with one in my pack.
