i fully understand where you are coming from, but don't give up.

i was single for a year and a half, and thought that there were no boys out there that were worth my time, but then i found one.

i want to leave a comment to refute, because your claim is completely outrageous and sexist. But Other than saying that I dont know what to say in case you react badly... you seem prone to being easily upset, and it often scares people from making any intervention-myself included. Just letting you know, you're comming off really strong - maybe its not all the men in your life, maybe its you?

Ive talked to you and had very nice conversations in the past, but ive also read some of your posts and have heard personal accounts of your behaviour. Dont blame all the men on the planet, condemning a shit load of people because a single unifying characteristic is a very unrealistic and horrible thing to do.

I doubt you meant any offence to me, we have no quarrel, but when you pick a fight and suggest to prove otherwise... well i HAVE to speak up.

this really took me off guard, and to be honest, was extremely hurtful. While I meant this entry mainly in jest and to vent my frustrations at that current point in time in a very non specific general way, you decided to reply with a comment that used insults and personal attacks upon myself to justify your point.

It was uncalled for, and largely untrue. I think you are the one that blew this entry out of proportion, because as I said, it was in jest, it was said in the moment and is not relative to how I truly see things. It is mainly just a 'boys suck' kind of entry. everyone has these type of thoughts about the opposite sex from time to time, and really its not that 'horrible' a thing to think. It just how our minds work.

I use livejournal to vent my frustrations, as do most. You crossed a bit of a line with me with your reply.
