A recent paper shows that the cracks in WPA/TKIP are getting wider and more numerous. There's now a practical (~ one minute) method that allows a man-in-the-middle attacker to read and spoof short packets. It still can't pull an encryption key, but if you're security-minded it's probably best to switch to WPA2/AES if you haven't already.

So after a few months of infatuation I think I'm done with this whole Warcraft thing. I liked playing, but I've found that I just don't feel like signing on anymore.

A few months ago, a grievous convergence of things that took away my time for stupid shit made me quit drinking. Did you know they're making fucking intake manifolds out of plastic these days? Yeah, word on the street is that stuff like that cracks pretty easily. Grumblegrumble.
