I am SO happy to have FINALLY validated all 4 pages for the S401 Web Portfolio assignment!!!!  Yasser said he won't get around to grading our assignments till this weekend--so though I've posted the homepage link on Oncourse, there's been plenty of time to go back and redo anything that needed to be done.  It's all thanks to Levon earlier this ( Read more... )

Since I had so much fun via last night's S401 crash course on Microsoft Office PowerPoint, I just created another short PowerPoint slide for Joyce & Jung.  Arright.  Problem:  I still can't validate my S401 homepage OK, and Yasser said last night that we'll lose 10 assignment points if our pages don't meet the validation requirement.  Shit...

The subj. line says it all:  I just purchased a brand new golden Trek bike fr. the Bicycle Garage.  HAPPY SPRING BREAK 2009 to me!!!!  (Yeah, when classes for Spr. 09 restart today.)  The next mf-er who steals my bike goes to jail. 

...because it took me SO long to use the CSS style sheet to create the homepage color scheme I wanted--just as long to figure out how to add jpg images--yet...!!!  Neither images nor color scheme appear on the page via the link I just submitted via Oncourse to my S401 instructors.  I also couldn't figure out how to correct XHTML "errors" through ( Read more... )
