I didn't make my goal of 140 by friday but i am 143.5 this morning which is down a pound from yesterday! its always so hard for me to be down weight on weekends cause my parents love "family dinners" its awful i have to act like i actually wanna be there ( Read more... )

Okayy i just got back from the gym & i did 4 miles & 150 abs & some pushups:)

I'm going to get up at 4:30AM & run this route i usually do outside! then eat a cliff bar.

I just got back for my 5 mile run:) & i just weighed myself & i'm 143!!! seriously so happy cause i was 145 this morning. I know its probably water weight so i'm going to drink a ton of water the rest the day cause for some reason when i'm thirsty my body mistakes my thirst for hunger & i eat? lol i know my body is weird.

 Right now i'm SOOO freezing & its windy outside but i NEED to run the 5 miles. its going to be a lot harder then i thought but i need to do it. my fingers are aboutt to freeze off.

I just got home from school & it wasn't that bad surprisingly.
