my friend austin thinks that the guy-girl duo from "super size me" is doing their next documentary at Carfagna's (a meat wholesaler) on 161. he said that the girlfriend of the guy who was in the movie is in this one instead of him, and he is the one shooting. she is a vegan chef from NYC and apparently this film is about her working at a meat

im unsure about if cosleeping is right for us. im thinking its not. i dont mind using a cosleeper that attaches to the side of the bed but as far as in-bed sleeping probably wont happen much. though ill for sure nap with him/her but probably just during the day when david isnt there.

it is getting so close. jon made a comment today about being a father in time for fathers day this year and that REALLY made me think!

your church sounds awesome. do you ever feel overwhelmed there? sometimes we go with jons aunt/uncle to their church, which is HUGE. i always feel very uncomfortable. luckily, my father in law (who usually goes with us when we go) is not a 'crowd' person either so the two of us hide in the back.

gesh when is fathers day anyways? wow thats nuts!

i dont feel overwhelmed at all because they do a great job plugging you into smaller communities and activities within the church. every wednesday we go to a small group (which is like sunday school class but at night and not at the church but at someones house). its like 15 people and they are sort of like how we are actively plugged in. if we werent a part of a smaller community i would feel totally lost and disconnected. there are sooooo many ministies to be a part of too.

oh okay, that sounds really nice. i was picturing one HUGE room with everyone in there. what you described sounds really comfortable. his uncles church has about 2500 people. it is a hearing/deaf church, though. sometimes we are just with the deaf group (about 25-30 people) which is fine. when we go for 'special servies' (like a play or choir concert) though, everyone is in one huge room and that is when i get super anxious.

i mean we definatelly go to "big church" on sundays. even so though the church has 4 different services so you're really only attending with like 2,000 or so. which is of course still a ton but its not 7,000!
