I haven't wrote anything in over a year. I felt so defeated and vulnerable during my whole pregnancy and these few months with my son that writing intimidated me. My little man has a stuffy nose and a little cough going on. I took him to his doctor yesterday, and he had no temp, and his lungs were clear, but he had a little inflammation in his nose and runny mucus in there. My induction was delayed from 6pm Sunday night until I received a call. So, we went to bed as normal an had a restless sleep waiting for the phone call to come into the hospital which was at 5am. By 6am I was at the hospital in labor. They started the drugs to get the contractions coming harder and faster. I took the pain completely drug free up ( Read more... )

I don't know much about him really. So little, actually, that most times it's more convincing to my heart and mind to assume he was a ghost I created in my phantom land. Saw the doc today... my blood pressure is actually looking good again. I was diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypertension about 5 weeks ago, but the past couple of weeks I've been doing something right because it's within the somewhat normal range now.
