its saturday and i feel a lot less stressed
i didn't eat much last nite , went to bed moderately hungry which is good
I cut up apple and forgot to eat it for bfast
i had 2 eggs without oil or butter n a couple bites of spinach but 2 salty
n water
hit the gym burned 100 calories ( not a lot, =( ..and then did yoga)
went to Mums and ate homecooked chicken
