i had tuna and reduce-cal salad dressing, 2 apples and green tea for bfast accompanied by tootsie roll candies which relieved some stress

I survived my 1st day of fasting. Ijust have to remind myself, why am I doing this?

Because I'm a bad gurl, and I can't be trusted around food. I can't eat food. Cuz I won't stop!!!

So its understandable why I have to punish myself from time to time and do these fasts, at least 3x a week. The busier I am, the easier it is to not get tempted by food. ( Read more... )

wow these laxatives are strong. i am doing well today , on my NOT ALLOWED FOOD diet. i was forced to eat a couple bites of my sis' Subway but luckily the laxatives took care of that an hour later....I do not feel hungry, and if I do I dont care.
