well i am finally seeming to be on track. theres nothing in the house to possible binge on, plus I just spent a fortune on carb-free healthy low-cal foods for the week . It took me nearly 1.5 hours haha since the dumb store didnt have my low fat almond tofu but i got vanilla soy milkboxes, lots of frozen veggies, tuna and chicken, tons of 1.5 L
