Yesterday, I conducted an experiment. (mwa hah ha)
I discovered that it is possible to bake a small muffin pan of six Jiffy blueberry muffins --IN JUST A TOASTER OVEN. Simply amazing, because the kitchen electric oven takes 30 minutes to heat up, while the toaster oven takes 30 seconds. My muffin craving has been satisfied in record time.

The craziest thing happened today. I was getting ready to eat at the coffee table, so I walked into the living room with a plate in one hand and a cup in the other. Things I learned today:

When making a crustless quiche, use a glass or aluminum pan. Iron pans react with the eggs, making them turn all green. Egh. However I may have figured out the mystery of making green eggs and ham without a gallon of food coloring.
