boy, was i surprised to get two cds full of two seasons worth of fire photos from cam this morning. i'll probably be subjecting y'all to a few posts featuring some of these photos, which hi-lite a number of silly things we do in the course of a summer.
i'll start with getting smoked by a CL-215 drop.

when gwen and i were working on the potatoe farm this summer there were chem planes dumping nice yellow foggy crap overhead all the time. didn't get a direct hit- but it almost felt like we were in war zone
nice to spend so much time in the bush eh? the prairie life did me good this summer!

it certainly does look like snow. in the heavier-hit areas, it sits about 4 inches deep.
summers in the bush are theraputic, for sure.
