Cats and colds

Last night when Dar and I got back to OUR :) home after dinner and laundry at his parents' house, Henry was sneezing very frequently. She got right into bed with us and sneezed and snuggled all night long. Today she's been trying to get in my lap despite the laptop in the way and has settled for the couch beside me sleeping, and sneezing some ( Read more... )

Its for the job of "Second Language Assessor" basically you give people their english tests and interviews so that they can be elligible for government jobs. Its not necessarily my dream job (although since I don't really know what that is, it may well be) but it pays well and I have a ton of debt :)

Great news on the job! I hope it works out. Also glad to hear you are settling in, I will have to come visit you when I am next in town!

Maya had a cold when we got her. It was actually recommended by the Humane Society that we bring her in the bathroom with us and close the door while we showered. Their noses get plugged and dry, and the steam and humidity can help loosen it and clear their sinuses. Hope the kitty feels better :(
