Bragging a little
Liam asked the other day "where did you find us? when we were babies?" Wow, I wasn't expecting the birds and the bees talk so soon - he is only 3, after all. I stammered through "mommy and daddy made you. I gave an egg, daddy a sperm, they grew together in my uterus to make you". His reply? "I'm made of meat!!!"

School!
Anthony got into Bailey's, a magnet school for arts and technology. He would be eligible to start the Spanish immersion program in 1st grade (he is entering Kindergarten next year).
This is fantastic news. TWO of my neighborhood friends have kids who go there, so if the county doesn't offer busing (busing for the magnet schools is on the table, ( Read more... ) -

I am loving overhearing the boys talk amongst themselves. They've been talking about their "babies" - one stuffed dolphin and one stuffed orca whale (thanks to today's trip to Sea World). "How old is your baby?" "he is 10 years old", "Wow, he is getting so big! You must be so proud!" -
