My little brother Steve and his wife Brooke are pregnant...again! Brooke says she's about 2 months along, which would put conception at around late May. Thanks to everyone for your well-wishes for my dad. They should be letting him out of the hospital today after they get a couple more test results in. My mom said the doctor claims it was basically as if his heart burped. There was a little blip in the runnings somewhere that just slowed him down for a few minutes. My dad collapsed and was rushed to the hospital with what they doctors are saying was a mild heart attack. They're keeping him overnight for observations.

My dad is a tank. For his own body to rebel against him like this is something I am having a hard time accepting. How is he supposed to live forever if stuff like this starts happening?

I'm at State College and my apartment is friggin' sweet. My boss is cool. There's no internet though so call the cell. I love this place.

So if you haven't seen Pirates yet, go do it. It was fun as hell. Much darker then the first film, and the CGI for Davy Jones' crew was friggin' brilliant. If anyone could get me a screen cap of the final scene with jack where he's lunging into the mouth of the kraken, that'd be sweet.

The new and last Johnny Cash album, American V: A Hundred Highways, just came out on Tuesday. It was finished just a few days before Johnny died a few years back, but Rick Rubin sat on it until recently, so as not to seem to be capitalizing on the man's death. Either ways, it's the saddest damned album ever. Ever. But so good. Sad and good.
