What a wonderful night last night. The University of Dayton Flyers beat the ever worrysome University of North Carolina in the NIT tournament. I am still reeling from the win. Yesterday was the first day of another quarter at Sinclair for the kids. Steph started another quarter of accounting. She has more classes this quarter than last. I am so proud of my son. He is a member of a "cult" (it's not really a cult, I just don't know what to classify it as) known as Straight Edge. He's been Straight Edge since he was 16. This summer has been unusually cool up here in Ohiya. We've had a couple of days here in July that the temperature didn't even get above 70 degrees. Today is just about the hottest day this month. I finally left for Florida on Jan 31. It was 0 degrees when I left. My first night was spent in Kennesaw, GA. Nice hotel. With coupon, it was $65. Well, I made it 30 miles yesterday on the way to Florida. And that 30 miles only took 2+ hours. Damn roads! I left the gas station at 9:37. I-70 was a piece of cake. It was clean and nice to drive.
