We went with all "the neighbors" to see Kick-Ass last night. Apparently, a lot of reviewers have been horrified that there is a little girl at the center of all this violence, both killing and getting beaten up by the bad guys. Rachel and I spent a three day weekend visiting my parents. We visited the recently-opened Fernald Nature Preserve, which was nice, but kinda weird. David has departed, Keryn is seeing someone, I'm still getting over feeling icky from my horrible cold. I haven't felt this down for this long for quite some time. Of course, I'm happy for David getting to go back on a ship, and I'm happy that Keryn has someone to make her happy--but both of these things make me feel very lonely.
