I just finished running 2 miles and my knees feel like they are going to combust within my flesh. So many of my friends are running an average of 6, so I hope to keep adding a half mile to my runs until my stamina is up and my knees can handle the impact. Self Encouragement
Summer flew. I'm unsure what to make of the fact. I didn't read a single book, visit Big Sur, go to the boardwalk, play sloshball, boogie board in the bay, or see a baseball game. I feel exhilarated and completely refreshed. The weekend exceeded my expectations. I've been thinking of the old A.A. question of, if not for a year, month, week, or day from now; can I be happy in this moment? I'm planning to make a more conscious attempt at living out the Golden Rule. Also, I'd like to start conducting qualitative studies on strange social coorelations that I notice in society.
