Some time ago I posted a first journal entry that said I didn't expect to post more, but "we'll see". ocschwar suggested that I advertise MIT's blood drives here and see if it affected attendance. Yes, I've finally created an LJ account for myself. My primary reasons for doing so were so that I could have the "friends view" page, and because I was tired of friends saying things like "Oh, you didn't hear about foo because the post was friends-locked."
