Today was so gorgeous out and I decided to turn our 8 ft of backyard into something besides a plot of grass, rocks, and mudd. I also found a cute wooden flag that says welcome, so I went to hang it on our back door and came across a card from my DH. Last night was a nightmare but today went a little better. There have still been tears,but I am coping better. We chose our life, look at the good stuff but also forget what we put ourselves through everytime we are seperated.

WE can do and become stronger from it. We are a team and will come out on top.

At 8:40am I watched as DH's plane taxied tot he run way. Standing in uncontrollable tears, a headache, and upset stomach. We have done this before but today was the ultimate test. left until DH leaves again. This mid-tour has gone by so fast. We have gotten a lot done, but it seems like we have had no time together.

Friday starts another count down until I can go see him. But my goal is to finish this trip off with a bang and a smile!

After nearly missing his flight in the states do to a big delay over seas, he got on the flight with minutes to spare. I got him in my arms and we come to find out he has no luggage(sound similar after I lost my luggage in December when I went to see him).

He didn't sleep at all on his flights so he is out cold, but he is home!

I work up early this morning eager to have the weekend begin. I was going to head to Maine early. An then all hell broke loose. One bad conversation can just ruin your bliss in 3 seconds. It seems like certain things get so blown out of proportion at times. An when I try to talk them out I get thrown in circles... never-minds... and forget-its ( Read more... )

I began it by going to the ER. Asthma can be so cruel at times. I was sent home with steroids ( I am going to be buff...LOL). I have been told not to go to work till Monday. I think I am going to still try and go on Sunday so I do not lose a bunch of pay ( Read more... )

cleaned everything 10x. Bought everything that needs to be purchased and am now just sitting and waiting. I can not believe that at this time next week DH will be in my arms, in our new home! Hopefully I can survive till then. The last week of waiting is the hardest!
