I think when you put too much pressure on yourself it actually keeps you from losing. Stress, water retention and gaining muscle could be the reason why you're not losing also. I decided to go by the mirror instead of the stupid scale(just get rid of it trust me). I'm still at 108 but I look and feel like 105.
If being skinny is your goal, i hope you reach it. Replace high cal foods by similar things you'll enjoy that are lower intake. Like bread---> rice cakes, meat--->lentils or rice, etc...But i can assure you that i wasn't satisfied at 95(I'm 5'5), and I would probably try to keep losing if I reached 90. My suggestion is focuse on being in shape and healthy. Good luck!!
