Former poet laureate Andrew Motion has written a sequel to Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel Treasure Island. The Telegraph has a review of the book here.
How does everyone feel about current writers writing sequels to classics? Does it make a difference if the new writer is also acclaimed, as in the case of Andrew Motion?
