Oh my gosh..
i went on a fast for about two days well mostly restricting so i was hungry for the whole time.
And i GAINED WEIGHT NOT LOSt..
Does anyone have any good weightloss programs or tips to lose weight this summer my goal is 10 pounds

Okay i don't understand anything anymore...
One minute someones your best friend.
The next there screaming i hate you.
This always happens ...Not with my true friends..with my fake ones.
I know they talk behind my back but its better to be in the clique , and be popular everything seems perfect to everyone else about your life.
