Day 20
So we had a chance to sleep in till whenever we want today as we’re right in the city, so we don’t need to rely on Sam and Ryan to get us in. Day 19
I think I should have a standard opening line for this journal... “today was another lond day on the bus.” Yes, we spend a lot of time on the bus, about half of the tour I’d imagine would be spent driving from onne country to another. Day 18
Today was a full day in Vienna. Another early start (would you expect anything else by now?) and then we had a quick bus tour of the city. We drove around all the main attractions before jumping off at the Maria Theresien-Platz, a big statue of Maria Theresia. Day 17
We woke up to snow covered lawns this morning and it was so cold in the hotel room. I’m usually the first one to awake and get showerd/dressed in the mornings but not today... I’m also a little pissed off for reasons I am not going to detail in this journal.

Day 16
Today was a “on the bus” day-we drove to Munich from Venice and it didn’t take us overly long to get there. We’re only in Munich for 1 night as it’s just a rest stop on our way to Vienna, so we drove straight into the city to take a look around once we got there. Day 15
Today is our free day to do whatever we want. Wow, I did not miss the smell of Venice. We had an early breakfast and caught the train back into Venice so we could have the whole day there to look around in the day time. Day 14
We had a different bus driver today as Sam was legally required to have a day off from driving ours bus. Apparently the driving laws in the EU are really strict, so a French driver named Christian drove us from Rome to Venice... and proceeded to get us lost. Day 13
Today was our free day in Rome. We woke early, grabbed a quick breakfast and headed into town on the train (what an experience) so we could go straight to the Vatican City. Another early morning (I think that should be my standard opening liner) today, but the bus ride to Rome from Florence was a relatively short 3 and a bit hours.
