When I go grocery shopping, I use one of the little baskets instead of a cart.  Whenever I have a full basket, the clerk/bagger fills a bag about half way (I use paper bags), then starts on another one.  I have to tell them to put it all in one bag.   The response is almost always something along the lines of "Oh, I didn't want it to get too heavy ( Read more... )

I'm putting together an extended photographic project with the of theme "Young Gods".   The idea is to take modern people in modern dress and modern locations, and present them in a way that reflects the concepts and myths of mythical figures ("gods").  So, for example, a well-built, bearded man in the rain would represent Thor.  Or a young woman ( Read more... )
