After three performances this weekend, two of them in Ft Collins (LOUSY driving weather) on Friday and Saturday and one this afternoon, I'm pretty shot. Kung Fu was lots of fun tonight. Good sparring to warm-up for warm-ups. Fairly light warm-ups all in all with some good fast switching of stances. Then sparring.
