I will be the first to admit, Thanksgiving and Christmas are two of my least favorite holidays. I believe they are commercial anymore and the spirit of the holidays have been lost. So the problem with working on a project that uses half-assed Agile development and is got a dynamic design process is that my Defect Tracking system gets filled with issues that are no longer relevant because the designer has gone and made them obsolete.
