I find this odd; Homes posted on Buy Owner are either way off the current market or very very old listings. I guess it makes sense in a way as these people are probably upsidedown in their loans so they probably don't have much choice. Way to expensive for my budget though ( Read more... )

My heath is really messed up. I realize it can be much worse as I have all my limbs, no terminal illnesses or serious conditions so for the most part I realize I am quite blessed. It is just these 3 particular things that make me feel I am on a merrygoround that I cannot get off of and it is effecting my work and life ( Read more... )

Woodworker... Something simple and non complex, no stress, but allows me to work at my own pace. Of course my projects would be worth millions and i would only have to build 1 once a year. lol. Seriously though, if I could make a comfortable living doing that, I would enjoy it.
