Motorists who fail to stop for a school bus with its red lights flashing while loading or unloading children could lose their driver's license for a year, according to a new law that takes effect Tuesday.

Vicky and I went through her immigration interview a week ago. She passed. She was able to visit the immigration office in San Francisco earlier this week, and though she said the woman gave her a rash of crap she did get the I-551 Visa Stamp in her passport which allows her to leave and return the U.S. Her green card should be here soon ( Read more... )(Untitled)
The nice people at Immigration heard about my plans to take a nice, leisurely trip when we move from California to Texas. That's the only explanation why they're being so damn efficient.
