Bobert, I'm so, so happy that you're going to get help... I was really worried about you yesterday.

I've been seeing Nancy about once a week since January. She's amazing. Just tell her exactly what's on your mind and she'll help you. I promise.

I've made the appointment. I'll be seeing Maria at 9:30 tomorrow morning. I hope I can wake up. I hope I don't convince myself that I don't want/need to go. But most of all:

i love you brother.never forget that. like i always said, there is no shame in getting help.its not shameful to go to the docter when you get sick, and its not if your depressed either. things will get better dude. and your not weak, being sad doesnt make you week. stay strong bro, cant wait to get to hang out with you this weekend...
