I love it! Can it be used as a planter? I made a house out of clay in high school ceramics. The back is open, and I can put a house plant in there. Your castle is very cool! AW

I really wish I thought of making it a planter! The complaint I received from the instructor was that the middle of it was too empty and that it needed something more. That would have been a perfect reason to leave it empty!

Oh, boy. In college, somehow "beginning" anything is not truly for beginners.

The fact that the other castle became princessy through a glazing mishap amused me. I like your castle-- especially the realistically shaped bricks that have fallen off. The fact that it was half-broken is much more interesting a concept than a perfect one. :D
