Interesting times. I've moved house in the last month, from north London to south-east. Work's been mad. I know I said I'd stay in touch, but even with all that's been going on it's hard to know what's worth talking about.

Yesterday, I went to meet wolves with bardling, lordofthewheel and K. They're absolutely lovely and I want to go back.

I took a ton of photos. I've already uploaded a few, and there'll likely be a few more to come. For the most part they're amateurish but I still want to share them.

footpad warned me about Mosi and Mai. He was right, they did steal my heart.

I got the last one :)

Cambridge was stunning. In lieu of a proper report, because I neither can nor want to write an essay on it, have a few photos following no theme whatsoever.

What I will say, though:

• Fresh lemonade made before one's eyes, and suffused with fresh ginger root and cinnamon sticks - so tasty.

I've been urged for a while, by my father and others, to listen to A Prairie Home Companion. Since I've had some free time and much need for distraction, I've started doing so. I'm glad I did. I can't say why, it just makes me smile.

I'm out, I'm at my parental home in the frozen wastes of the north-west of England. Thank you for all the many kind messages of support I received. Now I'm off to sleep, uninterrupted.

So it seems I'm going back to hospital again to be checked out. See you on the other side, I guess... I don't know whether I'll just be in for today [or part of] or overnight [or longer] yet.

Don't know what visiting'll be like, but I'd certainly appreciate visits, if some kind soul would want to watch over a sick me :)
