Hey, Mayfield, it's me again, and that me is Tavros, oh, wow, I am already messing this up.

Now that I think you are done with your human mating thing, and I am pretty certain the brain-consuming disease is gone, or at least I hope it is gone, and I am not currently suffering from it, but I don't think I am because I am not feeling flushed for ( Read more... )

I imagine you could start by sending more coherent messages across the network.

Yes, I think that would probably definitely help, a lot, but I am used to communicating with, um, text, more, and so talking, all of the time, is kind of, uuh, difficult, and I can't really read what I am about to say, before I say it, so sometimes it comes out all kinds of wrong.

Huh. Well, I suppose you could write it down and then recite it as a speech. After all, if Stephen Hawking can do it, so can you. [Or maybe not, if it pertains to physics.]

Oh, wow, that sounds like it would take a really long time, and all, but I will try and work on my talking, even if I don't know who, um, Stephen Hawking is.

Yeah, it has already been established that I am, um, extremely uncool, at this point, by several people. Which, I probably should have expected, but I did not have the foresight to, um, think that through before I asked the question.

Who are the Americans, though? Are they more, uh, aliens?

Heh, yes, you can definitely say that again, in a manner which would re-emphasize how true it is, and perhaps for even more value, add in, maybe, some sick beats and rhymes, to compliment your point.

Oh okay, so the Americans are a type of human. That makes, um, more sense than what I said.

I was wondering the same thing.

I have the feeling that it must not be something very nice, though, because I remember an announcement for a summer party a few months ago that said something like "be there or be square."

Wait, so, to achieve a status of, um, not-square, you have to appear at a certain event? Do they, uh, hand out something that would get rid of the squareness?

They never passed out anything but they did lock us up in a car for several hours with a complete stranger. I'm still not sure if that cured me of "squareness" or not.

I wonder if, um, attempting that now, would work again, and perhaps cure me of any left-over rectangular inclinations? Though, I guess the problem here, would be finding both a car, and a complete stranger.

The Mayfield humans are insulting you, Tavros? There is quite simply no reason you should stand for that! Let them know how Rufio feels!

bullsit February 27 2011, 00:35:28 UTC
Er, okay, I think I will inform them that Rufio would, um, indeed be pretty upset they are calling him, any number of shapes, as he is actually made, uh, troll-shaped.

justice_smells February 27 2011, 00:36:41 UTC
That's the spirit! If Rufio had a shape due to being real and not made up, he wouldn't be very squaresque at all!

Whatever the opposite of a square, is definitely what he would be. So I guess, that would be a circle, or an imaginary circle, as per him being not real.

Maybe they want to eat you. 'Cuz my creepy mom talks about eating square meals all the time...

Uuuuuuuh, that is way worse, than what anyone else has said, and now I think, I am actually sort of worried.

[no regrets]

It's okay! If they try to eat you, just beat 'em up!

[worst fairy friend of all time]

I am, uh, not really sure I can do that, regardless of whether they are trying to eat me, or not.
