It's BB's girlfriend, posing as her. Jus wanted to drop a quick note and let folks know that she's out of shoulder surgery, and doing well, according to the nice surgeon. I'll bring her home tomorrow!

I want to thank everyone for their good wishes and love over the last several weeks as I dealt with the loss of my parents. It's been a hard, hard time, and knowing you were out there supporting me made a huge difference ( Read more... )

Two days apart, on opposite coasts. To the best of my knowledge, they hadn't spoken after the divorce, except a brief condolence call when an auntie died a few years ago.

It's hard not to believe the universe hates me, right now. I had no idea things would ever get quite this hard, all at once.
