Cara Mia,

No, pasta is one of the simplest foods to make and is good almost all the time! No one can mess pasta up! For a nice easy recipe, I suggest a simple pasta bolognese. It wouldn't be hard and it would be delicious.

Of course not. What about a chicken piccata? That isn't too hard to make. Then maybe a dessert of gelato and perhaps a nice drink too.
