I must say, I find it quite clever in a third-grade-teacher sort of way.

I don't like thinking about the past- becuse there's a reason it's all the hell way back there.
I really mucked up a lot of relationships (i.e. friendships) by not participating in them this past year.
At night especially, sometimes I wish I wasn't born, or I didn't know great people- becuase that would make it hurt less.
