well it is official. the building that i was trying to purchase is no more. the elevator is going to cause more stress than is necessary so i decided against doing the renovation ( Read more... )

well i hit my first real snag in the building project today. the elevator that is so cool may have to be replaced if i want to use it as a residential space. this would be bad for two reasons. first, the elevator is realy neat-o. second, it would cost about $100,000 to put in a new one. see what i mean ( Read more... )
