CAIM.
undeify | ☀
Distant and intimidating, but he doesn't think he's a bad person. His relationship with Dai confuses him and he's not sure where they stand or what part Caim had in their arrival there. Still, he seems like he wants to help, so maybe it wouldn't hurt to let his guard down around him.
DAI.
redeify | ✔ ★
Looks out for Ganta whenever he's been going through a hard time and believed him when others didn't. Much easier to talk to than the other natives. A little wary because there's obviously a lot he doesn't know, but Dai has earned his trust. Not that he'll often ask for help, it's just nice to have someone else that he knows he can rely on.
EKO.

Someone he alternated between being afraid of and relying on. Strong and determined in a way that Ganta envied, yet was extremely nervous about what he might do, especially to Zero. He's keeping an eye on him, although who knows what he'll be able to do if something actually happens.
EVE.

She makes him nervous from time to time, but something about her seems familiar and Ganta can relate to her issues. He knows that she's opened up to him more than others, for one reason or another, so he knows that she trusts him and considers her a friend.
GAMMA.

Jerk. Didn't believe Ganta when he said he wasn't a criminal and he's nervous of what he'd do to him and the other prisoners if he got motivated enough. Luckily, he hasn't seemed as interested in them lately without Makina around (and hopefully it'll stay that way).
SENJI KIYOMASA.

Mentor and friend, Ganta admires the hell out of him. Extremely grateful whenever he's around. Very careful to listen to his advice. Thankfully, Senji seems to be acting more like normal now -- at least enough to think that he forgave Ganta for what he did. Ganta doesn't want to let him down again.
EIKE KUSCH.

A complicated relationship. Feels betrayed after Eike listened to Tamaki's lies, but after initially thinking of him as a well-meaning man, he's conflicted about how to act around him. Generally seems naive and much too trusting; Ganta doesn't think he knows or cares to know how to take care of himself and fully expects him to run into trouble. Wishes he didn't care, but still keeps a close eye on him.
REBORN.

Might be some kind of child genius? Ganta isn't sure what makes him so calm, but he felt that he should try to help him when he came to the city before someone dangerous got to him. Generally very awkward around him and Ganta hopes he's not going to make things worse later on by lending a hand (see Eike).
THE RED MAN.

Every time he thinks that he's gone, he shows up again, which puts him on edge. The single most driving force in his desire to become stronger. After killing all of his friends and being the reason he was put on death row, Ganta would do anything to be able to kill him on his own.
SHIRO.

He's used to her quirks, and while she's simple minded, she's a good friend and the only one still alive that he remembers from his childhood. Very protective and concerned that something might happen to her (because he has no faith in her decision making). Slightly nervous she'll be upset once she remembers what he did and wonders if he should apologize.
SU.

Sweet, confusing girl. He knows she means well, but he can't help but feel uncomfortable around her. Doesn't quite know what to think about her.
MINATSUKI TAKAMI.

A friend of sorts. He's finally gotten used to her personality, even if he still isn't sure of how she'll react to things. Unlike Senji, Ganta isn't really sure if she's forgiven him for what he did back in DW. She keeps to herself too much to know, and he keeps his distance... although he does wish she would talk to him again.
TSENG.

Seems to have some authority and obviously doesn't trust Ganta after he admitted to being partial responsible for the deaths at the casino. Feels like he should keep his distance.
ZERO.

Zero has been helpful since the first day Ganta arrived and has always been patient with him. Worried and isn't sure how he can help with what he's going through, which he only knows a little about. REALLY worried he's going to get involved with Eko and how that will end. They don't speak often, but Ganta would jump at any chance to help him.
